Moms-to-be, make sure to do your regular workouts, for a new study says that women who exercise during pregnancy produce healthy babies and reduce the risk of cot death too. But do consult your doctor before you start any form of exercise.

Researchers at Kansas City University have carried out the study and found that mothers who regularly exercise during pregnancy can strengthen their baby’s lungs and nervous system in the womb. And, according to them, babies in the womb have lower heart rates as well as improved breathing if their mothers are physically active.
